  • Schedule each night: 

    • 5:00-5:45pm- space cleaning and setup

    • 6:00-7:30pm- each group gets 10 minutes for spacing/rehearsal (based on show order and availability)

    • 7:30-8:00pm- house music, but no dancing

    • 8:00pm- show begins

    • post-show- strike lights, speakers, chairs, pick up any trash

      • I will greatly appreciate extra hands during set-up and tear down.

  • Performing space:

    • The dancing will be on the smooth rock in the park – NO Marley or wood flooring installed. Plan accordingly with shoes if you wish. Rolling, turning, handstands, etc. should be fine. Maybe limit the knee drops (which you might want to anyway;) and forward/back rolls...

    • Above is a view of how the space will be set up, including the approximate dimensions of the "stage". 

    • There will be a backstage area, which is down a handful of stairs. 

  • Program order

    • The program order will be determined in the weeks leading up to the show, subject to change.

    • There will be digital programs for environmental purposes. 

    • Please send me program info by August 15 - Title, Choreographer(s), Sound(s), Performers.

  • Music

    • Please email me your music files by the Monday of show week.

  • Publicity

    • There will be facebook posts and events. Feel free to share and invite widely.

    • I will provide jpegs and PDFs of the poster. Feel free to print/post, email, etc.​
